ANALISIS UPPER AIR MELALUI EKSPANSI DATA PERMUKAAN KE LEVEL 850 mb, 700 mb, dan 500 mb

Abstract
Telah dilakukan analisis kondisi atmosfer Jakarta dengan menggunakan data permukaan yang diekspansi ke level mandatori 850, 700, dan 500 mb. Didapatkan bahwa hujan dengan tebal lebih dari 10 mm terjadi jika atmosfer MR700 bernilai lebih dari 6 gr/kgr, dan suhu pada level mandatori 700 mb lebih hangat dari 11 C, dan perubahan tekanan udara tidak memberi petunjuk karena variasinya kecil. Hasil ini mungkin dapat digunakan sebagai bagian sistem peringatan banjir akibat hujan lebat.
Analysis atmospheric around Jakarta was carried out by expansion of surface measurement data to the three mandatory levels of 850, 700, and 500 mb. Analysis result found that heavy rainfall more than 10 mm per day occured if MR700 equal or more than 6 gr/kgr, and temperature at 700 mb mandatory level more than 11 C, and no indication from pressure changes due to no variation. Result might used as flood warning due to heavy rain.
