Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Makalah lengkap memuat hasil penelitian floristik, revisi atau monografi unsur-unsur flora malesiana (The full paper should be based on original research in floristics, revisions, or monographs of the Malesian flora).

Komunikasi Pendek (Epistola Botanica) mencakup laporan kemajuan kegiatan penelitian, pengembangan dan rekayasa keanekaragaman flora Malesia yang perlu segera dikomunikasikan. Penulis perlu menyediakan abstrak yang harus dimasukkan ke dalam metadata saat proses submisi naskah (Short communication (Epistola Botanica) includes progress reports on research activities of Malesian flora diversity that need to be communicated promptly. Authors are required to provide an abstract, which must be included in the metadata during the manuscript submission process). 

Tulisan lain dapat berupa obituarium tokoh taksonomi tumbuhan, tinjauan kritis bergagasan, pembahasan aktual kegiatan penelitian, pengembangan rekayasa tetumbuhan Indonesia, serta timbangan buku berdasarkan undangan (Other papers may include obituaries of botanical scientists, critical reviews, plant research reviews, and book reviews [by invitation]).

Pemakaian Bahasa Indonesia sepenuhnya mengikuti Pedoman Umum Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan, Pedoman Umum Pembentukan Istilah, Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia, dan kamus-kamus lain yang dikeluarkan Pusat Bahasa.

An English paper should use The Queen's English and adhere to The Oxford Dictionary of the English Language, following the CBE Manual of Style for authors, editors, and publishers.
