No submission fee is charged, and APC payments are requested only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received editorial acceptance. Payment does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decisions. The journal provides full or partial APC waivers for eligible authors or specified circumstances. All publication charges are clearly communicated to authors before manuscript submission.
