MEASURING THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF INDONESIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE IN RESEARCHER CANDIDATE TRAINING

Abstract

This study aims to measure the satisfaction level of researcher candidate training participants. it will test whether the variabels of perceived service quality, expectation, perceived value and LIPI’s image affect the participants satisfaction. The model analysis refers to ECSI model (European Customer Satisfaction Indeks) adjusted to the approach of partial least squares path modelling. The result shows that there are only two variabels which affect significantly to participants satisfaction, namely the perceived service quality and perceived value. The overall of participants satisfaction level to the training is at 74.74%, which is considered “satisfied”.
