This study aims to analyze wage impact of internal migration among differences of HDI level inter provincial in Indonesia. Issue ofregional wage in Indonesia recently is about the unstability and inequality wage acrossprovince in Indonesia. Both of that problem appear as an indication of resource allocation problem in Indonesia. One way to equilibrating regional wage is by internal migration. Using HDI variable as a proxy of qualityof human resources, this paper object to knowing how internal migration affect to wage based on HDI index by province in Indonesia. This study using SUSENAS 2013 with Heckman Sample Selectionmethod. The result of this study show significancy of internal migration as a determinant factor of wage with a HDI by province in Indonesia.
