Abstract
Pola hias kedok (topeng) di Indonesia muncul sejak masa berburu dan mengumpul makanan tingkat lanjut (epipaleolitik) (Van Heekeren, 1972). Munculnya pahatan kedok pada masa tersebut ditandai dengan bentuk-bentuk muka manusia yang digambarkan pada ceruk-ceruk gua karang.
