Jurnal Masyarakat Indonesia (MI) is a journal of social sciences and humanity (humanities) published by the Deputy for Social Sciences and Humanities (IPSK-LIPI). This Journal of the Indonesian Society has been published since the 1970s.
As part of a scientific forum, the MI is a place to develop and develop ideas/concepts/theories between academics in the social sciences and humanity. This journal is also a means to disseminate research findings to the wider community in the fields of social science and humanity. As the name implies, the Indonesian Community Journal prioritizes writing on issues and challenges faced by the Indonesian people which are studied from various social-humanitarian perspectives.
MI journal is open to academics, both nationally and internationally. To maintain the quality of published articles, the editorial board of the Indonesian Community Journal conducts a strict selection of articles by involving reviewers (reviewers), both from within and outside the country.
Articles submitted to the MI can be written in Indonesian or English. The contents of the MI include scientific articles, dissertation summaries, and reviews of the latest books in the form of articles. This journal is published twice a year and always has a theme in each issue.
