Each submitted manuscript will be initially reviewed by the editor to check the suitability of the template, focus and scope, and manuscript submission policy. If the manuscript is appropriate, the manuscript will be sent to the reviewer. Otherwise, the manuscript will be sent back to the author for revision to match the manuscript template
The reviewer receives a double-blind review of the manuscript from the section editor or secretariat. If not in accordance with his/her competence, the reviewer has the right to reject the manuscript and recommend it to other reviewers who are more competent.
Each manuscript is reviewed by 2 (two) reviewers. The reviewer assesses the manuscript from the writing quality and substance aspects, which include the renewal, authenticity, usefulness, validity of citation, and bibliography.
Once the review results are available, the section editor will send them to the author for revisions, along with a response form that the author must complete. The author must fill out the form and return it along with the revised manuscript.
The final decision of manuscript acceptance shall be made by the Editorial Board according to reviewers' critical comments in the plenary meeting.
The section editor will send the final decision regarding the submission to the corresponding author based on the reviewer’s recommendation.
The Editorial Board shall protect the confidentiality of all material submitted to the journal and all communications with reviewers.
