Vol. 26 No. 1 (2024): Jurnal Sains dan Materi Indonesia
Materials science and technology development plays an active role in several fields of life including medicine, infrastructure, energy, computational material science, and others. Researchers and academics are at the forefront of this development. Indonesia Journal of Materials Science (JUSAMI) was founded to represent their needs, which are now widely recognized as an integral part of scientific and characterization investigations. JUSAMI Vol. 26 No. 1, October 2024 is proudly published several paper entitled: 1) Influence of Hydrothermal Temperature on the Physical Characteristics and Photocatalytic Activity of TiO2 for Degradation of Amoxicillin; 2) Corrosion Resistant Support Materials (CRSM) as Potential Development of Technical Parameters for Biocompatibility Testing of Bone Implant Products: A Review; 3) Energy Analysis and Economy Performance of a Hybrid Solar Dryer for Drying Coffee; 4) Enhanced Nickel Recovery from Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate through Selective Leaching with KMnO4 Oxidant; 5) The Significant Process Variable of High-Density Tea Powder Production in Spray-Dry Method; 6) Electrochemical Investigation of Ethylene Glycol as Corrosion Inhibitor of Aluminum 5052; 7) Simulation of Mechanical Stress on A Solution-Annealed 15-15Ti Steel using ABAQUS CAE Program; 8) Effect of Basalt Size and Composition on Mechanical Properties of Wood Powder Polymer Biocomposite Material and Basalt as Reinforcement Using Polyester Resin; 9) The Impact of Waste Marble Powder as A Partial Alternative Material for Cement. .
All papers published in this volume of JUSAMI have been peer-reviewed through processes administered by the Journal Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a JUSAMI.
Finally, this issue would not have been possible without the greatest support of the Editorial Board and secretariat members, and we would like to express our sincere thanks to all of them. All the Editorial Boards conveyed the support of the writers and reviewers so that the Indonesia Journal of Material Science could display articles on quality research and development materials expected to contribute to the development of materials science.
