Aims and Scope

Annales Bogorienses is a peer-reviewed, open-access life sciences journal published biannually (June and December) by the National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN). Established in 1955, the journal has evolved from agricultural and industrial sciences into a specialized forum for modern molecular and biotechnological research.

As of 2025, through a strategic collaboration with the Indonesian Biofilm Research Collaboration Centre (IBRCC), the journal expanded its focus specifically to address global challenges in microbiology, biotechnology, and biofilm research.
