Annales Bogorienses (eISSN: 2407-7518 | pISSN: 0517-8452) is a biannual, peer-reviewed life sciences journal managed by the National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN). Originally established in 1955, the journal has evolved from its foundational roots in applied agricultural and industrial sciences to become a specialized forum for modern molecular and biotechnological research.
In strategic partnership with the Indonesian Biofilm Research Collaboration Centre (IBRCC) as of 2025, Annales Bogorienses focuses on addressing critical global challenges in microbiology and biotechnology. The journal publishes high-impact research primarily in the areas of biofilm-associated infections, antimicrobial and antibiofilm drug discovery, microbial food safety, quantitative microbial risk assessment, and environmental biofilms.
