Copyright and Licensing

The article's authors from Jurnal Penelitian Hasil Hutan hold the copyright of the articles. The authors accept the journal's policies upon submission of a manuscript; thus no additional documentation consent is required.

All authors accept responsibility in case the article turns out not to be published earlier, infringes any copyright, legal provisions or any law, includes unsubstantiated false claims or defamatory statements, as well as third-party lawsuits concerning unconsented proprietary claims. In addition, the authors ensure that all the necessary written consents to quote from other materials have been obtained.

The authors of the article in question can freely exercise all proprietary rights relating to the article such as but are not limited to:

  1. Copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article, including patents, if any.
  2. Freedom to incorporate the essence of the article in their subsequent works, publicly delivered or published lectures and their surrounding books.
  3. Freedom to reproduce the article for non-remunerative personal purposes.
  4. Freedom to independently catalogue, store, and preserve the article in non-personal collections, repertories, or systems.
  5. Non-exclusive rights to further agreements distributing the published article: in institutional repositories or books with accurate citation where publication first took place (this journal)

With respect to multi-authored works, each author who submits the manuscript certifies that they have obtained all co-authors' permission to bind them to the copyright and licensing clause and undertake to notify the co-authors. For disputes that arise between authors, this journal shall bear no legal responsibility. Communication will take place solely with the corresponding author for all issues related to the journal.

They also need to consider that their articles, along with any supplemental materials like datasets and those involved in the analyses or computations, will be freely available to the public. The published article will be accompanied by the said data and will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, permitting further distribution of the work and any accompanied material, if appropriate credit is given.

In distributing works published in the journal or in other media, users must give due mention of the author(s) and this journal. Other than what is specifically stated, the article will be available for public access immediately after publication.
