Focus and Scope

Jurnal Teknologi Lingkungan (JTL) is a journal aims to be a peer-reviewed platform and an authoritative source of information. JTL is published twice annually and provide scientific publication for researchers, engineers, practitioners, academicians, and observers in the field related to science and environmental technology. We publish original research papers and case studies focused on environmental sciences, environmental technology as well as other related topics to environment including sanitation, environmental biology, waste water treatment, solid waste treatment, environmental design and management, environmental impact assessment, environmental pollution control and environmental conservation.

Peer Review Process

JTL reviewing policies are

  • Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers.
  • Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers.
  • Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.
 

Publication Frequency

The deadline of the paper submission for January publication is on 31th of October and for July publication is on 31th of March of each year.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

 

Copy Editing and Proofreading

All articles or article parts in english accepted by JTL shall be proofread using Grammarly® Automated Grammar Checker conducted by JTL Editorial Board.

Authors are recommended to use software tools such as MendeleyEndNote  and Zotero for reference management and formatting.
